From the shop floor to the boardroom
Ravil began his career as a skilled tradesman — on the shop floor, not in an office. During his professional career he has worked on large international shipbuilding, ship repair, industrial energy and infrastructure projects at leading European and global companies. In shipbuilding: cruise newbuilds at Meyer Werft, Chantiers de l'Atlantique and Meyer Turku; naval vessel construction at Naval Group (Lorient and Concarneau); prestige builds at Lürssen.
In ship repair: Western Shipyard, Klaipėda Ship Repair and Astilleros de Murueta. He has also worked with cruise lines AIDA Cruises and Royal Caribbean International, industrial and energy leaders Siemens, ENKA and Limak Holding, and participated in the construction and modernisation of offshore platforms, energy facilities, industrial complexes and infrastructure projects across multiple European countries.
Working at this level has given him extensive international experience, deep knowledge of modern production technologies, and uncompromising quality standards.
